I took the dried lavender flowers as an infusion over several evenings. On the first evening, I found myself suffering from a very pronounced and persistent migraine. A few moments after drinking the lavender, I felt calmer, and when I went to bed, my migraine had passed. I was truly relaxed and ready for a very good night's sleep!

-As mentioned above, choose organic flowers.
-Use very hot water but do not boil as this could alter the taste of the lavender and reduce its benefits.
-Let infuse for about 8 minutes.
-You can then enjoy it hot or iced. I recommend a little touch of honey to enhance the taste!
