To shampoo, wet your hair, apply the soap to your scalp, massage, and rinse. Repeat, the lather will be much stronger, so rinse. A little tip: Finish with an apple cider vinegar or cider vinegar rinse: 3 parts vinegar - 200 ml water. Vinegar restores the pH of your hair and scalp.

A minimum of 90 grams of fresh soap is indicated on the packaging. Like any natural cold-process product, water continues to evaporate throughout the product's life (this is what soap makers call "curing"). It is therefore possible that it weighs a little less than 90 grams upon receipt. This is simply a sign of a product that gains in quality over time.
